12 Tools Every Social Media Manager Should Be Using

Need a tool refresher? We’re here to help! There is an overwhelming amount of great tools out there to use in this industry. Today, we are going to share 12 of our favorite tools.

  1. Sprout Social: This is a great social media management platform with unique features and tools. We use Sprout as our platform management for all our clients and pages. A favorite feature of ours is the Sprout Link in Bio and the Competitor Analysis!

  2. Canva: If you aren’t using canva, you sure are missing out! Canva has expanded greatly in the past few weeks featuring more and more great design tools and management tools! This platform is beginner friendly, and has thousands of templates to draw inspiration from.

  3. Google Gemini: Google’s own AI bot is great for a writing tool, generating ideas, images, and creative assistance. And its free!

  4. Asana: We use Asana daily as our work and project management software. It’s easy to use, collaborative, and has many ways you can set it up to customize your work space!

  5. Pinterest: We all know and love Pinterest, so don’t underestimate it’s power! We use Pinterest for inspiration all the time.

  6. ChatGPT: Another great AI bot. We like to use ChatGPT for generating ideas, as an editing tool, and when we need a little creative assistance.

  7. Remini: This is one of the best AI photo enhancing apps. It’s especially great if you have a blurry photo you need cleared up.

  8. OpenArt: Need an AI generated image? OpenArt is a great tool for generating custom art and design!

  9. Unsplash: One of our favorite free image websites.

  10. CapCut & Edits: Mobile video editing apps that are beginner friendly, and have 100s of templates and ideas for you!

  11. TikTok Creative Center: This hub provides real time insights, trends, and ideas for TikTok, as well as ad performance insights.

  12. Airtable: This is an advanced spreadsheet tool that’s better than Excel in our opinion. It’s perfect for research, project management, and lists.
